Postage

All parcels are sent by Australia Post.

Please note that we use the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and all shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of the products ordered. Our products although flat do move in to parcel rates quickly due to magnets being heavy. A $2 handling charge is also added to each parcel.

You are able to view the shipping charge prior to payment of your order and therefore decide not to proceed (which will hope will not be the case!).

If items are out of stock or otherwise unavailable we will notify you within 2 business days of receiving your order.  You will be given the option of a substitute product, await back-order fulfilment or order cancellation.

Production Schedule

We make all of our personalised magnetic charts to order, to give you the option to tailor a chart specific to your child's interests.  Please allow 7 to 10 days production time for us to make your chart to order.
