I absolutely love your reward charts, I think they are a fantastic idea. Prior to Beta Kidz becoming an online business, I was doing work one-on-one in homes around Sydney with parents. I spent many nights designing and laminating reward charts “ certainly not my specialty, however an essential part of what I did. I would like to thank Little Billies for making morning time at my house no longer a screaming battle of the wills between two parents trying to rush to get out the door, and two children who had a serious case of the go-slows. My daughter is transformed now that she can see quite clearly exactly what needs to be done before she is "Ready for the day" and my son seems to delight in the whole process of being able to move his magnet along one step at a time. One month down the track, and everything is still going smoothly!

Before we used my day we were finding that Nath would often be defiant, bored easily and very much a tv junkie if given the opportunity. Since we have implemented my day and used the guidelines of having a flexible routine our family dynamic has done a complete 360. Nath packs up after each activity, knows that if he doesn't use manners or uses a behavior that we don't promote such as screaming/yelling that he will be disciplined accordingly. The best part is that after he is disciplined by being into time out he rarely shows that behavior again. If I forget to put up 'my day' Nath will ask me 'what are we doing today' which is really cute. In conjunction with the reward chart we have a very polite toddler who for the most part is a pleasure to be around instead of a monster toddler.

Our family is a big fan of our Little Billies Reward Chart! We particularly like the magnets that encourage 'nice talking', 'caring and sharing' and 'being helpful' as these ideals are important to our family but hard to reward on a daily basis. As a mum I appreciate being able to change the magnets around to focus on different behaviours depending on my son's needs for the week. I recommend this product to everyone “ it's a fabulous way to positively reinforce your child's efforts!
My son started school this year and we have found that having the Morning Routine Chart has helped to keep everyone focused in the morning (including Mummy)! It has taken the anxiety out of morning preparations as we can all see what needs to be done to get to school on time! The Evening Routine Chart has been equally helpful as it ensures that my son's schoolbag is unpacked and put away and that bathtime happens with minimal fuss (which is no easy task for a very tired 5 year old)! Thank-you for providing our family with such a valuable resource!

As first time parents of a toddler we needed an easy to use, effective tool to help manage our son's behaviour. We wanted to give him on the spot positive reinforcement without going over the top. There are a wide range of behaviours to choose from, but we focus on just a few at a time. At the moment we're using 'Good eating' and 'Good sleeping'. Our boy gets VERY excited when he gets to put the sticker on the fridge. He chooses the number he wants to put it on. When he gets to ten we have been able to give him a reward that is beneficial, not just a food reward. He loves books, so most of the rewards have been books, but others have been 'trip to the park' (extra special quality time with us). I can see this will be used for a number of years. The chart and the rewards are so colourful which is another attraction for my boy. Thanks for providing such a great positive parenting tool.

I adore this product and so do my boys aged 4 and 2! I love that it all goes on the fridge and that everything is a magnet. The kids love sorting through the reward magnets and counting how many more magnets they need before they get to 10. They also like playing with the magnets on the fridge, sorting them, counting them and putting the same ones together. More than just a rewards chart - we've found our boys are learning basic maths as well! Great idea, great product.

Thanks so much for the lovely Magnet chart - it is wonderful and so easy to use. My 3 yr old son loves the magnets, it is a great motivator for him to do his speech therapy exercises without any fuss as well as introduce rewards for other co-operation & good behaviour etc. Also thanks for your helpful page of tips!

I loved the chart, especially the tips for use, I would never have thought to choose some magnets that my son was already good at. He responded really well to the chart and we have already seen improvement in his behaviour on the things we are working on with him.

We have found the reward chart to be so useful! We recently went on holidays and we took the chart with us, we wanted to keep our expectations consistent while we were away. Having the chart with us really encouraged us to follow through with the positive and not so positive behaviour!! It also reminded our son that we have the same expectations wherever we go.
